The Harrogate subdivision is a small community of 22 single-family homes
in Western Colorado.
The HOA is self-managed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of homeowners.
The annual HOA assessment covers utilities (including street lights), County, State and Federal required filings, and liability insurance and landscaping for common areas.
The 2026 annual assessment is $325
